Ciao, I’m Samantha Sciotti

Samantha Sciotti is an artist, animator, and filmmaker weaving magic into every story she tells. Her journey began in Seneca Falls, New York, where she first picked up a pencil and never looked back. But it was a childhood visit to the Disney Animation Studio, watching Robin Williams transform into a lost boy on screen, that truly sparked the enchantment. From that moment on, she knew storytelling was her calling.

With a BFA in Animation and a decade in the film industry, Samantha honed her craft across illustration, animation, and cinematic storytelling. Her work blends the whimsical with the powerful and the playful with the profound, always with a touch of magic. Now, with an MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design, she channels her artistry into various artistic ventures, such as editorial pieces, feminist narratives, and visually striking book and film projects.

Sciotti Studios is her cauldron of creativity where she conjures bold ideas, mesmerizing visuals, and stories that challenge, inspire, and linger long after the final frame fades. Whether through the stroke of her pencil, the movement of her animations, or her collaborations on film sets,, Samantha’s work casts a spell that invites, questions, and transforms.​
